What screen printing is

Stencil printing: ink is pushed through a mesh onto the fabric, with a separate screen for each color. The print is dense and opaque, with rich Pantone-matched color.

When to choose screen printing

  • A design in 1-6 colors without gradients.
  • Runs over 100 pieces: the larger the batch, the lower the price per print.
  • Special effects: plastisol, flock, glitter, glow-in-the-dark ink.

What we print on

T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tote bags.

Comparison

For multicolor designs and runs from 30 pieces, DTF is more cost-effective. For photo prints on cotton - DTG.

Screen printing or embroidery: which to choose

Screen printing pushes ink through a stencil: the unit cost falls as the run grows, so it pays off on large batches with a 1-3 color design and covers a large area, up to a full-back print. Embroidery stitches the logo with thread: more expensive per piece and limited in size, but it does not wash off or fade and looks more premium on polo shirts, caps and hoodies. A large multicolor print - screen printing; a small chest logo - embroidery.

Artwork requirements

Vector with color separation, minimum line width 0.5 mm, up to 6 colors. We match Pantone colors from a swatch book and show a test print.

Frequently asked questions about screen printing

  • Why is it more expensive than DTF for 30 pieces? The cost of the screens is spread over the run, so screen printing pays off above 100 pieces.
  • What special effects are there? Raised plastisol, velvet-like flock, glitter, glow-in-the-dark ink, metallic.
  • How long does the print last? Plastisol withstands 100+ washes, water-based inks 50+.

Who it suits

Large runs for events and promotion, brands with a simple logo, orders with effects that digital printing cannot do.

Order examples

  • 500 T-shirts with a two-color logo for marathon volunteers.
  • 300 tote bags with a single-color print for a retail chain.
  • 150 hoodies with a plastisol back print for a streetwear brand.

What the price depends on

We quote every order from your artwork, not from a price list, because six things change the price:

  • Fabric. Carded, combed or compact combed cotton. They differ in smoothness, density and how the fabric holds up after washing.
  • Sewing. Cut, number of seams, complexity: oversized fit, hood, pockets, cuffs.
  • Threads and trims. Drawstrings, eyelets, zippers, labels.
  • Packaging. Individual bag, box, logo sticker or no packaging.
  • Quantity. From 30 pieces. The larger the batch, the lower the unit price.
  • Decoration method. DTF, DTG, screen printing or embroidery. Each has its own cost and limits on colours and print area.

Send us your artwork and quantity. Standard orders are quoted within one business day.

How to order

  1. Brief. Send your artwork in any format and the quantity. We agree on fabric, colour and size range.
  2. Sample. We sew and print one piece for your approval.
  3. Production. Our own workshop, 15 seamstresses, quality control at every stage.
  4. Check and delivery. Every item is inspected, then delivered in Tashkent, across Uzbekistan and to CIS countries.

Test print and guarantee

Before the run we make a test print on the same fabric that goes into the batch and send you a photo or show it to you live in the workshop. If the result does not match the mockup in color or size, we redo the test print for free. Finished items are checked one by one, and printing defects are replaced at our expense. We deliver in Tashkent ourselves; across Uzbekistan and the CIS - by courier company.
