T-shirts we sew ourselves
We do not buy ready-made blanks: we sew T-shirts in our own workshop in Tashkent. This means you do not pick from three standard models but set the cut, weight and color for your brand: classic, oversized, longline, with a reinforced collar.
Fabric: carded, combed, compact combed cotton
- Carded cotton - basic cotton for promo runs and events.
- Combed cotton - smooth fabric without fuzz that keeps its shape after washing. The main choice for corporate merch.
- Compact combed cotton - the densest and softest option for merch worn every day.
Fabric weight from 160 to 240 g/m², fabric color matched to your brand's Pantone.
Logo application
All four methods work for T-shirts: DTF printing for bright multicolor designs, DTG printing for photographic images on cotton, screen printing for large runs with 1-3 colors, embroidery for a chest logo.
How much a logo T-shirt costs

Lead times and quantity
From 30 pieces. Production takes from 10 working days after the sample is approved. We sew and print a sample before starting the batch.
Sizes and colors
Sizes from XS to 4XL, separate patterns for men's, women's and kids' models. We match the fabric color to your brand's Pantone: white, black and heather grey are always in stock, other shades are dyed to order. We check the fit and shade on the sample before starting the batch.
Frequently asked questions about T-shirts
- Can one order have different sizes and colors? Yes, you split the sizes freely, and usually up to three colors at no extra charge.
- Will the T-shirt shrink after washing? Combed and compact combed cotton shrink less than 3%, and we account for this in the patterns.
- What if the artwork is only a JPG? We will prepare a vector version for printing ourselves.

What the price depends on
We quote every order from your artwork, not from a price list, because six things change the price:
- Fabric. Carded, combed or compact combed cotton. They differ in smoothness, density and how the fabric holds up after washing.
- Sewing. Cut, number of seams, complexity: oversized fit, hood, pockets, cuffs.
- Threads and trims. Drawstrings, eyelets, zippers, labels.
- Packaging. Individual bag, box, logo sticker or no packaging.
- Quantity. From 30 pieces. The larger the batch, the lower the unit price.
- Decoration method. DTF, DTG, screen printing or embroidery. Each has its own cost and limits on colours and print area.

How to order
- Brief. Send your artwork in any format and the quantity. We agree on fabric, colour and size range.
- Sample. We sew and print one piece for your approval.
- Production. Our own workshop, 15 seamstresses, quality control at every stage.
- Check and delivery. Every item is inspected, then delivered in Tashkent, across Uzbekistan and to CIS countries.
Packing and delivery
We check every item after sewing and printing, fold it and pack it in an individual bag with the size on a sticker, or in a shared box sorted by size. In Tashkent we deliver ourselves on the day the order is ready; across Uzbekistan and the CIS we ship with a courier company and send the tracking number in Telegram. Delivery to the CIS usually takes 3-7 days and is counted separately from production time.
