Why embroidery
An embroidered logo does not fade or crack and survives hundreds of washes. It looks more premium than print, which is why it is the standard for polo shirts, caps and uniforms.
What we embroider
Logos up to 12 cm on the chest and sleeve, lettering on the back, employee names, 3D embroidery on caps, embroidered patches.
Limitations
Small text under 5 mm and fine gradients do not work in embroidery; for those we use DTF printing. Before the run we make a test embroidery and show it to you.
Lead times and quantity
From 30 pieces. From 7 working days after the test piece is approved.
Artwork requirements
Vector or a sharp PNG, minimum letter height 5 mm, up to 12 thread colors. Before the run we create the embroidery program and a test on the same fabric.
Embroidery or screen printing: which to choose
Embroidery stitches the logo into the fabric with thread: the raised mark does not wash off or fade for years, which is why it is chosen for polo shirts, caps, hoodies and uniforms that are worn every day. Screen printing is cheaper on large runs and covers a larger area, but the ink may crack over time. A small premium-looking logo - embroidery; a large multicolor print - screen printing.
Frequently asked questions about embroidery
- How many stitches are in an average logo? 5-15 thousand; the price and time depend on it.
- Can you embroider on the client's own garments? Yes, we accept customer-supplied items from 30 pieces.
- What about thin fabric? On T-shirts we use a stabilizer so the embroidery does not pucker the fabric.
Who it suits
Uniforms and polo shirts, caps, premium hoodies, companies that need a logo that lasts for years.
Order examples
- 200 polo shirts with an embroidered logo and names for car dealership staff.
- 150 caps with 3D embroidery for a sports federation.
- 60 premium hoodies with embroidery on the chest and sleeve for an IT company.
What the price depends on
We quote every order from your artwork, not from a price list, because six things change the price:
- Fabric. Carded, combed or compact combed cotton. They differ in smoothness, density and how the fabric holds up after washing.
- Sewing. Cut, number of seams, complexity: oversized fit, hood, pockets, cuffs.
- Threads and trims. Drawstrings, eyelets, zippers, labels.
- Packaging. Individual bag, box, logo sticker or no packaging.
- Quantity. From 30 pieces. The larger the batch, the lower the unit price.
- Decoration method. DTF, DTG, screen printing or embroidery. Each has its own cost and limits on colours and print area.
Send us your artwork and quantity. Standard orders are quoted within one business day.
How to order
- Brief. Send your artwork in any format and the quantity. We agree on fabric, colour and size range.
- Sample. We sew and print one piece for your approval.
- Production. Our own workshop, 15 seamstresses, quality control at every stage.
- Check and delivery. Every item is inspected, then delivered in Tashkent, across Uzbekistan and to CIS countries.
Test print and guarantee
Before the run we make a test print on the same fabric that goes into the batch and send you a photo or show it to you live in the workshop. If the result does not match the mockup in color or size, we redo the test print for free. Finished items are checked one by one, and printing defects are replaced at our expense. We deliver in Tashkent ourselves; across Uzbekistan and the CIS - by courier company.
