Greenline Connect case study

The task

Greenline Connect is a telecom company from Tashkent. For a conference they needed a single merch set in the corporate green: headwear, T-shirts and bags, so that everything reads as one brand.

The order in numbers

• Occasion. Conference, summer 2026.
• T-shirts. 60 pieces, white oversized, DTF-printed logo on the chest.
• Bucket hats. 60 pieces, beige, embroidered logo in the center.
• Drawstring bags. 60 pieces, green, DTF-printed logo at the bottom center.
• Lead time. Artwork approved on 23.07.2026, batch shipped on 22.08.2026: 21 working days, 30 calendar days.
• Price per piece. T-shirt 190,000 UZS, bucket hat 190,000 UZS, drawstring bag 180,000 UZS.

What we made

• Caps in the corporate green with machine embroidery of the joke line "I don't look tired. I am tired." on the front panel.
• Beige bucket hats with the GREENLINE logo embroidered in the center - an option for summer outings.
• White oversized T-shirts made of heavy cotton with a DTF-printed logo on the chest.
• Green drawstring bags with a DTF-printed logo at the bottom center - an alternative to a tote bag for gift sets.

How the order went

1. We received the logo and brand colors and picked fabrics and blanks for the exact shade of green.
2. We made embroidery and print samples and agreed on size and placement.
3. We sewed the items and applied the logos in our own workshop, packed them and handed them over to the client in Tashkent before the conference.

2. Sample. We sew and print one piece for your approval.
3. Production. Our own workshop, 15 seamstresses, quality control at every stage.
4. Check and delivery. Every item is inspected, then delivered in Tashkent, across Uzbekistan and to CIS countries.
