What we can make before your event date
We count the lead time back from the conference date. Tote bags take 2 working days; notebooks, pens, thermoses and planners - from 5 working days; T-shirts, polo shirts and hoodies sewn in our workshop - from 10 working days after the sample is approved. If the event is a week away, a giveaway kit is realistic: a tote bag, a notebook, a pen and a badge. Apparel should not be planned for such a short time. A real example: for Greenline Connect ahead of a conference we made 60 DTF-printed T-shirts, 60 embroidered bucket hats and 60 drawstring bags, shipped 21 working days after artwork approval (case study).
Participant kit contents
- Basic kit. Tote bag, notebook, pen. Ready in 2-5 working days, suitable for mass giveaways.
- Standard kit. Tote bag, notebook, pen, thermos or bottle. From 5 working days.
- Speaker kit. An embroidered polo or hoodie, a planner and a thermos in one box. From 10 working days.

Quantity and sizes
The minimum order is 30 pieces per design. For the promotional products you can mix colors within the run. For apparel, before production we send a size chart with measurements so you can plan the size split for participants: usually S-XXL, weighted towards M and L.
How an event order works
- Date and quantity. You give us the conference date, the number of participants and the kit contents; we confirm what we can make in time.
- Artwork. You send the logo in any format; our designer lays it out on the products and sends a mockup.
- Sample. We sew and print one piece; you approve the color, fit and print quality.
- Production and delivery. We produce the order, check it piece by piece and bring it to the venue in Tashkent or ship it with a courier company.
Application for the task
For multicolor designs on any fabric we use DTF printing, for photo prints on cotton - DTG, for large runs with a 1-3 color logo - screen printing, for polo shirts and caps - embroidery.
For foreign companies
We handle the order by Telegram or email and show the sample in photos and video, so you do not need to be in Tashkent before the event. Any payment method: bank transfer under a contract for companies, card, cash, cryptocurrency. Frequently asked questions about conference merch
- How many days before the conference should we order? Giveaway promotional products - 5-7 working days before; apparel - 10-14 working days plus delivery if the venue is outside Tashkent.
- Can we order different designs within one run? Yes. For example, "speaker", "organizer" and "participant" on identical T-shirts - DTF lets us change the design without paying for a new screen.
- Will you deliver to the venue? In Tashkent we deliver ourselves on the day the order is ready; across Uzbekistan and the CIS we ship with a courier company and a tracking number.

What the price depends on
We quote every order from your artwork, not from a price list, because six things change the price:
- Fabric. Carded, combed or compact combed cotton. They differ in smoothness, density and how the fabric holds up after washing.
- Sewing. Cut, number of seams, complexity: oversized fit, hood, pockets, cuffs.
- Threads and trims. Drawstrings, eyelets, zippers, labels.
- Packaging. Individual bag, box, logo sticker or no packaging.
- Quantity. From 30 pieces. The larger the batch, the lower the unit price.
- Decoration method. DTF, DTG, screen printing or embroidery. Each has its own cost and limits on colours and print area.

How to order
- Brief. Send your artwork in any format and the quantity. We agree on fabric, colour and size range.
- Sample. We sew and print one piece for your approval.
- Production. Our own workshop, 15 seamstresses, quality control at every stage.
- Check and delivery. Every item is inspected, then delivered in Tashkent, across Uzbekistan and to CIS countries.
Packing and delivery
We check every item after sewing and printing, fold it and pack it in an individual bag with the size on a sticker, or in a shared box sorted by size. In Tashkent we deliver ourselves on the day the order is ready; across Uzbekistan and the CIS we ship with a courier company and send the tracking number in Telegram. Delivery to the CIS usually takes 3-7 days and is counted separately from production time.
